RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not, you have 5 days to return your order in its original packaging for store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and previous shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us at hello@storyofspace.com  for instructions on how to process the return, and we will gladly get back to you within 48 hours. After 5 days, all sales are final. All discounted items are final sale- they may not be returned for credit. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

In the event of a damaged or defective item, please email us with an attached image of the damage/defect. Please provide us with as much information as possible such as customer name, date of order etc. Based on availability, we will send out a replacement, issue store credit, or a refund.
